My favorite Brussels sprouts

Recipe for my favorite way to make Brussels sprouts filled with probiotics and the perfect zing.

Ingredients👩‍🍳:

1 pound of Brussels sprouts

2 tbsp avocado oil

2 tbsp miso paste

1/4 cup of rice vinegar

6 tbsp date sugar

1/3cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes in boiling hot water
  2. Prepare a saucepan by adding the avocado oil to medium heat
  3. Sauté the Brussels sprouts in avocado oil for 5 minutes
  4. Add in the garlic and slightly turn up the heat
  5. Continue sautéing for 2 minutes and then add in the miso paste
  6. Add in the rice vinegar to deglaze the contents
  7. Sauté for another minute
  8. Add in the date sugar and sauté once again
  9. Turn the heat down to low and then add in the chopped cilantro and stir
  10. Done!
